Tips for Happy and Healthy Life

> How can we escape from the stress and negative emotions to really start enjoying a healthy life and happiness? Follow these simple tips.

1) Walking 10 to 30 minutes daily and while you walk smile.
2) Sitting in silence for at least 10 minutes a day.
3) Sleep eight hours a day.
4) Living with principles: Active, enthusiastic and eager sympathies.
5) Read more books than you did in the previous month.
6) Practice meditation methods, yoga exercises and prayer.
7) Spend time with his grandparents, parents, people over 70 years old and children under 6 years old.
8) Eat more green vegetables and fruits, limit eating processed foods.
9) Drink more water.
