DIET, BODY & MIND: What to choose, what to avoid!

> I will eat just a salad! How many times have you used this expression in order to convince the other around and yourself that you are dieting or have to watch your diet? But a statement enough.......... Unfortunately ... No!

Now the summer, navigation in the salad bars is offered. To be effective, but the nature of both shape and the energy you need you need to know what to avoid and what to prefer:
