Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS)

>PMS is syndrome afflicting women and occurs to a greater or lesser extent, in days prior to menstruation. * Increasing hours of sleep.
* Try to sleep or at least rest for about 15 minutes after lunch.
* Larger sweet especially chocolate.

- Reduce intake of caffeine and alcohol
- Reducing salt in foods
- Eating foods rich in calcium
- Aerobic exercise
- Add complex carbohydrates to your diet, such as whole grains
