Simple steps to cure acne naturally:
a. Use facial soap specifically designed for acne. Today, there is sulfur-based soap made to treat acne and dry quickly. Wash your face at least twice a day. First wash should be done in the morning when you wake up and the second at night before bedtime. h. You can increase your antioxidant intake by eating at least 6 to 8 servings of fruits and leafy vegetables a day. Eating nutritious food is much better for the body.
