Natural Remedies for Indigestion

> Indigestion and heartburn are caused by the increase or decrease secretion of gastric acid and other enzymes with a role in digestion. Symptoms include heartburn, gas, nausea and feeling bloated. Esophageal reflux is caused by stomach acid from the stomach to climb the esophagus.

Here are some recommended teas:

- mint tea, because antispasmodic effect on the digestive system is a good remedy for stomach cramps.

- Chamomile tea is an antispasmodic and anti-inflammatory effect, allowing the release of gas.

- Elm tea coating help protect the stomach because it contains a strong antinuclear agent.

- Ginger tea reduces gas, bloating and pain.

Correct body position during sleep

To reduce pain at night, you can use pillows to help you stay higher at least 15 cm. This position will reduce pressure on the stomach and prevent the movement of its contents into the esophagus.

Not going to bed immediately after eating. Wait at least two hours, and then take a ride on your bed.

Aromatherapy can also help relieve pain caused by an upset stomach. Essential oils from plants can be used in infusion or diluted with almond or olive oil four drops of oil plants, 30 grams of almond or olive oil . Rub this mixture on belly.

Some tips if you upset stomach

- If heartburn is better to drink a large glass of water as soon as you have this feeling. This will dilute the acid and it will push back into the stomach.

- Drink fresh potato juice. Squeeze a potato peel and juice drink product.

- Not going to bed. Spend the feet to allow stomach acid to remain in the stomach.

- Do not eat anything that contains caffeine because it irritates the esophagus and sphincter relaxes allowing stomach contents to rise. it has the same effect and tobacco.

- Consume milk, you'll feel better, it will go down in the stomach, but, unfortunately, will secrete more stomach acid.

- Reduce consumption of carbonated drinks because they tend to balloon and create a feeling of discomfort.

- Make sure to antidepressants and drugs because they aggravate heartburn. Aspirin is also the same effect.

Remedies for Indigestion
Every 3 or 4 hours to drink water with 2 or 3 drops of peppermint oil in it. To prevent acid indigestion, put lemon juice or vinegar in a glass of water and drink before meals. Massaging the stomach with a mixture of 2 or 3 drops of garlic oil and half a cup of soybean oil. Ginger tea after meals helps digestion. Herbal teas prepared using raspberry, mint and chamomile are effective for indigestion. Drink a glass of honey and lemon juice, both mixed in equal amounts. For instant relief add some baking soda to a glass of water and take it.

Diet For Indigestion
Avoid large meals, on the contrary, make them small and frequent. Increase consumption of water and taking herbal teas. Refrain from smoking and drinking alcoholic beverages. Avoid tea, coffee and other liquids that contain caffeine. Avoid fatty foods, spicy or hot. Restrict the consumption of chocolates.

Tips For Indigestion
Avoid wearing very tight clothing. Take at least 30 minutes of walking a day. Relax to reduce stress levels. No active sports too soon after meals. Regular exercise is good for the digestive system. Make your meals in due time and chew properly.
